Located in the hamlet of Cutchogue, Fleets Neck is one of the top beach communities on the North Fork. The area is defined by Pequash Ave and Old Pasture Road on the northerly border to East and West Rd at the southern end of Pequash Ave.  The residents within this geographic area are members of the Fleets Neck Homeowners Association.

The attraction to the Fleets Neck Community is the proximity of summer activities. The Fleets Neck neighborhood is surrounded by water and the members have access to Pequash Park as part of the Cutchogue Park District. The community also has a private 2.4 acre sandy bay beach exclusive the the members of Fleets Neck Homeowners Association.  The neighborhood adjoins the New Suffolk  Shipyard on Cutchogue Harbor. This marina has direct bay access and boat slips for lease.  The Fleets Neck neighborhood is actually 2 minutes from Brauns Seafood Market and Brauns Seafood To Go for meals prepared to take home or pick up your supplies for a fish fry in the backyard.  Peconic Bay Vineyard is next door and has an incredible selection of North Fork Wines. Spend the time to review the activities and events hosted at the vineyard throughout the year.  Across the street you will find the King Kullen grocery store, Michelangelo Pizza and more.
